Having connected with several women (and people in general), we have realised that our highest potential is within our reach, yet many of us unintentionally hold ourselves back. By recognizing and releasing limiting beliefs, we open the door to new opportunities and realised dreams, filling our lives with purpose and direction. This shift allows us to break free from old patterns and habits, empowering us to design a new, vibrant version of ourselves, truly embrace our fullest potential, and in the process, design a new YOU!
Through life coaching tools, our goal is to transform mindsets not only towards health but across all aspects of life. Our group coaching sessions harness the collective energy to work towards shared life goals, while practical applications between sessions help solidify these changes. For more personalised support, our one-on-one sessions are custom-designed to target and transform specific areas of your life, ensuring a deeply impactful and meaningful transformation.
Weekly group coaching sessions, lasting 3-6 weeks, involve small groups of 8-10 participants. These sessions are designed to help you understand and apply concepts from our life coach. You then implement these insights in your own life to achieve the desired transformation.
One-on-one sessions consist of 10-12 one-hour meetings with our life coach, focusing on specific areas such as health, wellness, relationships, career, etc. These sessions utilise various techniques and methodologies to create a vision and roadmap for your chosen area, guiding you through actionable steps to achieve transformation.
