By the age of 40 and beyond, many women might experience health challenges such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, hormonal fluctuations, joint discomfort, stress, and body aches. These concerns often call for a heightened focus on fitness and self-care. However, the fear of pain or discomfort can make them hesitant to pursue physical activity, as it may interfere with their daily routines. It’s important to gently activate the body, allowing it to gradually build strength and become fit enough to handle various movements with ease – which is exactly what we do!
Body Activation means activating various internal points in your body. It is different from a warm up routine which is primarily focused solely on your muscles & joints. We employ techniques and methods that deliver immediate results, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised. These approaches channel and direct your energy effectively, while consistent, repetitive wellness movements help to relieve stiff joints and promote overall well-being.
Part 1 (20 minutes) – A variety of techniques and methods are used to activate the body. Some examples include tapping, shaking, bouncing, breathwork, and more.. Body activation is done at all levels of body system:
Internal level – increasing blood circulation & oxygen, warming organs and joints, moving the fluids and activating the brain.
Energy system level – focused on energy channels and flow, leading to the activation of energy and the clearing of any energy blockages.
External level – through stimulating reflexology areas such as the hands, ears, feet, and face, which are directly connected to internal organs.
Part 2 (20 min) – Wellness movements are renowned for their immediate positive impact on the body. The activation techniques used prepare the body for these movements, amplifying their effects. Once activation has unlocked energy pathways, there is a free flow of energy and fluids, promoting overall wellness. Many of these movements are guided by specific numbers or timing, and often involve a combination of techniques to maximise their benefits.
Part 3 (20 min) – Advanced wellness movements are introduced. By now, your energy transitions from gentle to strong, allowing for more intense and powerful movements. These advanced techniques apply greater force while remaining body-friendly.
Our online sessions are compact yet equally effective. We’ve developed a unique fusion of body activation and wellness movements tailored to fit into limited time slots, offered 5 days a week.
