What is reVupSpiritz?
It is a one-stop wellness platform for women over 40 years old. We have in-house curated fitness routines, mindset transformation, and functional foods to build sustaining wellness habits.
What is different about reVupSpiritz?
It is the first time ever in India that a wellness platform has been started exclusively for 40+ women that takes care of complete wellness, incorporating all three essential elements – body, mind, and food.
What are your key offerings?
At reVupSpiritz, we have combined all three pillars – the Body, the Mind and the Food Plate – under one platform so that you can experience a transformation in all aspects. We offer fitness classes along with mindset transformation and healthy snacks with a purpose because every bite counts, every move matters and healthy habits lead to a happy life.
Is this Zumba?
Not really, but our co-founder Swati has been a zumba instructor herself, and she has curated the routine to be body and age-friendly, along with being effective at the same time.
Is it Yoga?
No, it is not. Our routines are designed to energize you and promote body activation
Why should I buy your health food?
Our food products have been prepared with the requirements of a 40+ body, and they are all about fulfilling your daily nutrition needs. We are firm believers of the importance of balanced nutrition,and that is what fuels our drive to curate such healthy-yet-tasty offerings
What is so unique about your fitness class?
It’s not zumba, it’s not yoga, it’s not aerobics – the closest we can call it is dancercise! We have taken proven methods and techniques for body wellness and activation from around the world and carefully curated them to cater to Indian women. Our sessions are body-friendly and beginner friendly, along with being fun throughout!
Should I opt for the offline session or the online session?
It will depend on the distance you have to travel. Offline will offer lots of group energy, but online is equally effective and fun within the comfort of your home.
What is unique about your sessions?
Our sessions have helped our members become active and take charge of their fitness, which has resulted in their overall wellness apart from all the other benefits mentioned before (please see our testimonials section too!).
I have back pain, can I participate in your sessions?
Yes with specific instructions by our trainer, you can easily do it
I have knee pain, can I participate in your sessions?
Yes, unless there has been no surgery performed on it. In case a surgery has been done on your knee, we advise you to get a medical opinion before joining our sessions.
I am over the age of 60. Are your fitness routines suitable for me?
Yes, absolutely! If you feel there are any limitations, we urge you to come for a trial session and also talk to us – we would love to understand your needs firsthand (exceptions are there). Do come for trial first and talk to us.
I have sciatic nerve pain , will performing your fitness routines increase my pain ?
No, our routine is designed in a way that it doesn’t aggravate any existing pain.
My doctor has advised me to exercise. Can I do this instead of traditional exercise?
Absolutely! In fact, we have regularly had doctors as our members, and they have recommended us to their patients (please see our testimonial section)
I had surgery a few years back, and I am scared to do any exercise. Can I get a consultation first ?
Yes, of course! We have an in-house life coach available for a free 15 minute call with prior booking. Contact us for more information!
I have never exercised before, will your fitness routines be difficult to learn?
Absolutely not! Our routines are extremely easy to follow. To add to that, our trainers are always happy to guide you, should you require any assistance.
I am not 40 + can I also join?
Sure! You can take a trial and decide for yourself. We have had younger members also benefit from our sessions, so you are most welcome.
I have tried to exercise many times but was unable to do it. How can you help?

I don’t like to do things online, what should I do ?
